Over the past six months, VALDI has worked with EōS Organization (“EōS”) and its’ venture arm, K-Capital to theorize, craft and architect a suite of technology products to accelerate sustainable infrastructure development and deployment across the globe.

EōS will become an independent enterprise computation provider on VALDI cloud, joining a computer pool that includes several other enterprises ranging from former Ethereum mining farms to commercial grade data centers. By becoming one of the early computation provider on VALDI cloud, EōS will contribute to the cloud’s collective security and governance. VALDI will gain significant computation power as part of its mission of becoming the world’s largest and most powerful computer and making AI more economical, inclusive and accessible using its shared economy model. VALDI currently has over 10PFLOPS/s of computing power committed to its smart cloud marketplace as of November 2022 and customers using it for use cases ranging from Generative AI to applied physics and solving classification problems.

EōS intends to co-deploy Bitcoin miners and VALDI dedicated computation on energy generation sites it owns across the globe, spanning from Waste-to-Energy facilities in Peru, Solar farms in Kenya, offshore wind platforms in the Philippines, and flared gas-powered generators in SE-Asia and the Western Hemisphere. As part of its ESG goals, EōS will also help quantify the reduction of future emissions due to increased usage of VALDI cloud by corporations for their Artificial intelligence based deployments.

EōS will also jointly fund and develop a technology suite of products with K-Capital that will allow EōS and future customers to develop and deploy optimized sustainable infrastructure faster and more precisely than ever before.

The technology suite will include:

1. A solar design optimization suite to automate solar designs and find high potential solar sites;
2. Similar product for on-shore and off-shore wind development;
3. Hydro-pumped storage analysis engine to identify ideal site locations for pumped-hydro storage around the globe;
4. Finance platform to connect cleantech developers and projects with financiers across the capital stack;
5. Smart-grid services platform based around grid “digital-twin” infrastructure.
